Improvement Coaching and Engagement (June) 2024/25

The Improvement Coaching and Engagement programme is designed to support people who want to develop their skills as an improvement coach and gain better engagement for their improvement activities. 

During the programme participants will have opportunities to explore their own challenges through using coaching techniques to gain a better understanding of processes and people, developing ways to gain stronger engagement and considering how organisational culture impacts on improvement efforts
